  It would be nice to ensure not just the `snl-` prefix, but also other BEM 
rules (or maybe even ensuring that the class name on the template’s root 
element matches the element name,  i.e. `ItemLookup.vue` contains 
`class="snl-item-lookup"`), but I’m not sure if that’s feasible without too 
much extra effort, so I didn’t include it in the AC.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  We want to ensure that all the classes in new-lexeme-special-page 
 begin with the prefix `snl-` 
(**S**pecial:**N**ew**L**exeme), to avoid collisions with other markup on-wiki. 
This should be enforced by a linter. Since T301694 
, we have such linting for selectors 
in our style sheets (ensuring they start with `.snl-`), but that doesn’t cover 
classes that are assigned in the HTML template without being used in a style 
sheet.
  
  **Acceptance criteria:**
  
  [ ] A linter or linters are set up to check that classes we add to HTML use 
this prefix
  [ ] All potential violation to the linting rules are corrected

  This is sort of the inverse of T138104 
 and T241422 
: usually, empty PHP arrays get 
emitted as empty lists in JSON, and we have to do some extra work to produce 
empty objects instead (because `claims` should be an object). Here it’s 
apparently the other way around – the dumps seem to default to empty objects, 
but for `forms` and `senses` we want lists. We need to make sure that we don’t 
accidentally turn empty `claims` back into lists, though.

  This file is the serialization of the in-memory tree structure used for 
recommendation. The file is a compressed (gzipped) binary file.  For 
serialization we  use https://pkg.go.dev/encoding/gob . Given this, and the 
fact that changes in the tree structure can have a 'rippling effect', it is not 
possible (or at least extremely hard) to alter the file. This tree is a 
specifically crafted type of index, serving its data from an external database 
would be impossible/detrimental for performance as it would require //a lot// 
of roundtrips.
  
  The index file is loaded into memory once when the process starts. It could 
be loaded from 'anywhere' and does not even have to reside on disk necessarily.

  - Merge the PR (it has approval)
  - Push that code to gerrit
  - Try creating a helm chart for the service

 and get a patch on gerrit
  - Try to get CI setup for the deployment pipeline either by follwing the 
linked example or reaching out to the release engineering team (on IRC?) [[ You

similar to 4bd7dc4ad5fb1 
)
 and they can review/merge/deploy. ]]
  
  And then there are the questions around the index file:
  
  - High level desc of what is in the file (I think this already exists 
elsewhere but mentioning here would be good)
  - What is the format
  - Alterable, or do new versions just come as a totally re generated file? (I 
believe the latter)
  
  I believe the file is loaded into memory at runtime. It could be grabbed via 
HTTP from somewhere (service ops would have to help us know where this could 
be) at each container runtime?
