  Lacking better ideas on how to align the errors with some request that causes 
the error I've started up `tcpdump` on all the wcqs instances. They will store 
up to 100 1GB files per instance before starting to overwrite the initial 
files. The overall goal here is to match requests from the tcpdump pcap with 
unexplained error messages like 'Idle timeout expired'

  - We should request a fix of this production bug from them: the 
recommendation from WMDE would be to disable the gadget in the new Vector 2022 
skin
  - We need to let them know that the sitelink search capabilities would 
potentially be reincorporated to the WD search in future efforts to improve 
this feature

  Half of the "groupIds not available" log messages, roughly 60k requests per 
day, are being made for impossible maps on Wikidata's Special:BlankPage.  These 
come from all kinds of user agents, seemingly real and also bots.  An example 
URL is 
https://maps.wikimedia.org/img/osm-intl,13,36.814892,-5.744377,310x180.png?lang=en=www.wikidata.org=Special%3ABlankPage=_205a9df43a110cb2362515b6d3674c0071e3433f
 .  These are impossible to serve, and we should stop constructing such URLs.  
This could be the result of a query engine, or a failure to look up an article 
title when browsing Wikidata.  No other clues yet.

options as much as possible, and only call it something like “language” or

  I noticed something while reviewing another change that I think fits here: if 
the lexeme language has an item without a language code selected, then just 
tabbing through that field will wipe whatever you had in the spelling variant 
input. This applies to both the old and the new version of the special page. 
(It’s arguably worse on the old version of the special page, because there the 
spelling variant field comes before the language field, so you have to tab 
through the language in order to get to the lexical category; on the new 
version of the special page, the spelling variant comes after the language 
field, so you would only tab through the language to get back to the lemma.)
