  @Argahsuknesib I got frustrated and abandoned the platform for about a year 
sadly;
  
  I did get to a point where I was a little less jaded and wanted to pick it up 
again, so I left behind the idea of using Docker and the idea of using a 
Windows-based platform. I moved to go with an Ubuntu server without Docker for 
the next attempt, which took me a little over a month to get set up, and it 
appears to be (mostly) working now. It was a lot of trial and error, but 
ultimately it could have been worse. The one issue I will say, which I ran into 
with my security team, is the use of log4j within the system.

  Boldly closing this, we’ve overhauled the whole change dispatching system in 
the meantime (#wikibase_change_dispatching_scripts_to_jobs 
).
 Please reopen if it’s still an issue. The `Thread.sleep(3000 → 6)` in 
wikidata/query/rdf was already removed in Wiremocked the 
WikibaseRepositoryIntegrationTest 
 (T241213 
), i.e. the test no longer makes 
requests against Test Wikidata, so there’s nothing to revert there.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  A dependabot change to bump 10.40.2 → 13.0.0 
 
is failing in CI, and I can reproduce the failures locally (keeping in mind 
that WikibaseLexeme’s jasmine is configured to run the tests in a random order) 
– some tests fail, and at least one just hangs indefinitely (CI times out after 
30 minutes). This needs some manual work, so it should be tracked on 
Phabricator.

  - No-results-found issue will be tackled in a different task.
  - there is a new commit in PR 587  to 
address the 'limited support' not being listed / listed incorrectly. Will be 
handed over to review again once the github CI cache issue 
 has been fixed by the

  From what I can tell this works fine now except for the error messages that 
are shown when the fields have invalid input. The error messages in these cases 
still say that the input is empty while it is not.
