  At a glance, both of these look correct to me (even after purging). I'm not 
entirely sure what happened here, usually my idea would have been that these 
parses happened in some weird context, but given that this also occurred after 
a page purge, I'm out of ideas. Maybe this was (is?) related to ongoing 
refactoring in MediaWiki

  It was never removed from CLDR, so CLDR doesn't need to be repatched.
  I rebased my patch for Wikibase on the current master.
  Not sure if anything else needs to be done (besides approving my Wikibase 
patch). Not up to date with the steps that are needed nowadays for adding new 
monolingual languages.

  Definitely useful to communities I'm close to!  Came across this recently in 
a wikicite / shared source metadata conversation.
  
  Instant WD, Instant Commons, and Q/P reuse in federation together will make 
strong reasons for people to choose MediaWiki when deciding on a platform for 
knowledge collab.
