The problem is SPARQL.js tries to parse the query and then fails with the error when trying to resolve the prefix.
I am afraid we cannot do anything about it.
A workaround would be defining the prefix in the query or in the default prefixes ...TASK DETAILhttps

Looking at current edit and constraint checking rates it seems that it might be feasible to check constraint on every edit. We will go forward with another staged roll out queue constraint checking jobs with n percent increasing.

@Tpt is it necessary for your tool to run the constraint checks in parallel?
Using WDQS instead would be a good idea, because then only your tool would get throttled.
