make users of screen readers aware of a state that we're communicating via a

Validated. The Storybook page dedicated to the Dialog component can now be
seen in IE11. The canvas page displays the button that allows opening the
complex Dialog component.

We could modify the component to match the suggestion made in the ticket's
description:
