1. Thanks, this is good to start with. Hypens are preferred but translatewiki
handles underscores as well.
2. We would still need push access to the repo. The bot can push to the `twn`
branch, and create a PR to the `main` branch. The `main

the `main` branch.
We will read translations from the `main` branch, but push them to `twn`
branch.

not being applied is because they don't exist on Wikidata as CX is not
