I do not think this is a good idea to log changes made on Wikidata in the
history of the articles themselves.
First, it would register a change when the code of the article stays the same,
which makes little sense. And secondly, it would be inconsistent with the way
Ash_Crow added a subscriber: Ash_Crow.
