TASK DESCRIPTION
  This ticket is to add the language codes for the representations of lexemes, 
monolingual values and labels in Papiamento, language of the island Aruba in 
the Dutch Carribean.
  
  Since the ‘pap’ code already exists for Papiamentu, which is spoken on the 
islands of Curacao and Bonaire, we propose a language tag ‘pap-aw’ for the 
variant spoken in Aruba. 
  From the [[ c | Wiki goes Caribbean project ]], and the revival of the 
Papiamentu Wikipedia <https://pap.wikipedia.org/wiki/P%C3%A1gina_Prinsipal> 
there is a working group active, formed by old and new users, to add both forms 
of the language to Wikidata. We have support from a bot to get things going 
faster once essential translations have been made.

  I haven't been able to do any edits through Open Refine, and in 
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T255344 it was mentioned it could be due to 
the server lag.
  
  I haven't uploaded this way before and am therefore trying a test-set with 
just 20 item that need to be newly created. I have restarted Open Refine 
several times yesterday evening and today during the day again. It just keeps 
0% for 1-2 hours, after which I decide to shut down the upload.
  
  According to @Pintoch it is not a problem with OR, and I am logged in to 
Wikidata. 
  Looking for a solution, he directed me here.
  
  Are there some tips you could give me?
