TASK DESCRIPTIONWhen trying to ping 3 different projects on a property proposal (about copyright), I discovered that it was impossible, because 2 of those 3 projects have over 50 participants (Books and sum of all paintings). This is specifically problematic because it concerns succesfull projects, because most participants will never be conscious of this limit, and the notifications will never be done, while the message "project participants notified" is displayed, thus leading to very bad dialog on big projects and it is also very difficult to notify everybody individually. It would be nice if the upper limit of 50 was removed when ping is made using the "ping project" template, especially when the user adding it is member of the project. You must understand that, to French people, the mere possibility to publicly cross-search personal data for people that are not "public" (i.e. famous... in a way or another) is very, very sensitive Sensitive to the point that the law obliges to anonymize jurisprudence databases... which is why I'm so reluctant to the mere idea of a public database that can be publicly querieds with users data. For now, users global data are accessible, but not publicly searchable. Yep, I confirm the exact same problem. when trying to type words with ^ accent (like //forêt//) or ¨ (like //naïade//), the classic typing method does not work in properties and labels of an item, while it works perfectly in the discussion pages. I also work on Firefox (last version) on a Mac OSX, and that problem appeared not very long ago. It is very annoying in French poetry than involve many accents, and accented capitals. My default (system) typing method is French.
