used it for the formatter URL for Twitch game ID (P4467)

It turns out that the server doesn't abandon the query if `wget` immediately
retries the request, even though the server returns a 500 error.

@Ebe123 If the developers proceed with the proposal then it would become possible to upload .mscz or .mxl files to Commons, which would resolve the issue of not being able to link to long scores on Wikidata (because it's already possible to link to Commons files). The

when 4 digit years are being used, the precision is century, and the first two digits of the year are 20, then the date could be anywhere from 1 January 2000 to and including 31 December 2099

The end user problem is that Wikibase sets the time to the very end of the century if the user inputs "20. century", which is incorrect in ISO 8601 (although Wikibase is nonstandard anyway) and causes problems with external tools, which read it as "
