TASK DESCRIPTION Hi, when are used some symbols, like "=" and "&", to fill any external-id on Wikidata, it's automatically convert to URL encode, like "%3D" and "%26", what makes the URL breaks. An example of this can be seen here <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q3570890>, on The Reptile Database ID field. Despite this, that bug doesn't occur on Wikipedia, where the property are transcluded, and the URL works normally. MrFulano added a comment. I'm seeing the same problem in Commons, when I tried to link a page to ptwiki, but for me doesn't appear any wrong message, and the script was charging infinitely. In some wikipedias, there is a option to feature a list like good, like is done with the articles. However, in Wikidata there aren't any option to select any list like good, forcing the people select it like an article. An examples are Q785292 and Q50318353. Some policies about good lists: eswiki and ptwiki.
