Well, if the server itself is needed, it will be doing its work with a different IP address than the one of wdqs1004, since it would have been suffering the same connection issues as wdqs1004 (just the other half time).TASK DETAILhttps://phabricator.wikimedia.org

Given that the problem seems to be just the algorithm memory check rather than actually needing that extra memory, this has a really simple solution:
