There are obviously a lot of different fail cases:

- Endpoints that return a failure
- Endpoints that return something which triggers a failure (for example a parse 
error) in JS
- Endpoints that don't return anything

You can simulate all of them by passing a correspondingly-crafted `api` 
parameter to `RepoApi`.
