My intend is to get rid of variables, because I think they are technical
clutter.
Another problem is that they are impossible to translate and they can be very
misleading.
But I am fine with introducing words that help reading and understanding
queries.

I'm not sure removing variables would make it better. If we have a list of
conditions, English requires something to attach those to - e.g. the natural
phrase would be "Find somebody who has occupation of politician and cause of
death of some kind of cancer".
