working perfectly now.

I have reworked https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/291116/ and patchset 3 now
pin the chromium related packages to version 49. That let us reenable puppet
on the Trusty slaves.

When ever they upgrade chromium to 51 on Ubuntu and Debian we should try 51
but we should keep 49 as a backup in case chromium 51 still had the same
problem as 50
