But it has no actual usages other than zhwikivoyage and /zh translations that created by Special:Translate, that's the main propose that I pointed here. If someone really wanna use that language code (like what happened between zh-hk and zh-mo), then someone must promise to maintain it everywhere, in that case I or that user can just decline or invalid this, and I will not bump again.
