Did a bit of digging. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/EBQC/browse/master/src/ConstraintCheck/Checker/TypeChecker.php;aa5f7b9dc53f566d9271d17de56213d623a363d5$80 is the code for Q21503250 that works for multiple values. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/EBQC/browse/master/src/ConstraintCheck/Checker/ItemChecker.php;aa5f7b9dc53f566d9271d17de56213d623a363d5$78 is the code for Q21503247 that only accepts one value. Would it be a big change to modify this?
