TASK DESCRIPTION Steps to reproduce: 1) Open a page in VisualEditor that contains a link to [[banana]]. 2) Click the link. 3) Read the Wikidata 'disambiguation' description in the context menu. Would it be useful to include a link to the Wikidata item in the context menu, so that editors can add or change this Wikidata field?
