TASK DESCRIPTION

The entity type definitions in WikibaseLib.entitytypes.php need to define composer callbacks fro Property and Item, for use by EntityIdComposer. This removes the need for hardcoded knowledge about PropertyId and ItemId in EntityIdComposer.
