TASK DESCRIPTION

This edit shouldn't be possible.

• In a given item, if there's a label "A"@lang and not an alias "A"@lang, defining an alias "A"@lang shouldn't be possible.
• In a given item, if there's an alias "A"@lang and not a label "A"@lang, defining a label "A"@lang should be possible while alias "A"@lang is automatically removed.
• In a given item, if there's not a label "A"@lang nor an alias "A"@lang, defining a label "A"@lang and an alias "A"@lang in the same edit should result in a label "A"@lang and not in an alias "A"@lang.
