TASK DESCRIPTION

P1793 (formatter as a regular _expression_) has two formatter URLs: one to regexper.com, the other to regex101.com. The regexper statement is deprecated, but it’s the first one, so P​1793 statements continue to link to regexper instead of regex101. We should probably use the highest-rank “formatter URL” statement.
