TASK DESCRIPTION

Since T46727 has been deployed, thumbnails of pictures are now displayed in the Wikidata UI. Example
Currently the behaviour is the following:

• Clicking on the picture: opens MediaViewer
• Clicking on the link: goes to the local file page

Is it possible to make the link direct to Commons instead?
