TASK DESCRIPTION
Before we can back-fill the new schema, we want to start writing to the new schema. This means setting
$wgMultiContentRevisionSchemaMigrationStage = MIGRATION_WRITE_BOTH;
This should then also become the default for vanilla installs of MediaWiki.
