TASK DESCRIPTION

As a user I want to be able to easily get the concept URI of each Form and Sense in order to use it outside Wikidata. I would expect a hyperlink on each short ID (LX-FY).

Problem: When using the web user interface there's a "concept URI" link for every Item, Property and Lexeme on the left of its page, but there's no link for Forms or Senses, which don't have their own pages.
