TASK DESCRIPTION
Discovered when trying to debug the parsercache for termbox.
e.g.
default:pcache:idhash:2-0!userlang=en-gb!wb=3!responsiveimages=0
vs
default:pcache:idhash:2-0!userlang=en-gb!wb=3
We were expecting the cache to be split between desktop and mobile pages.
Maybe this is expected but it seems risky because responsiveimages is something
we didn't explicitly do and therefore we could anticipate collisions between
mobile and desktop cache entries if this were to change.
