TASK DESCRIPTION Due to on-site maintenance (T226778 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T226778>) going on some of the racks that host our primary database servers, we need to switchover some of our current primary masters to other hosts, to ensure that there is not an unexpected downtime as result of this on-site maintenance. For that, we would like to request the following read-only windows. The impact is the same for all of them: **writes will be blocked, and reads will remain unaffected** These are the windows, days, time and affected wikis: s8: 10th Sept from 05:00-05:30 UTC.
