Discovery-Wikidata-Query-Service-Sprint.

TASK DESCRIPTION
Before we deploy new Updater service into production, we want to test it
thoroughly, since problems in the updater would lead to wrong data queried and
ultimately desynchronization between Wikidata and WDQS bases.

The current test plan is as follows:

[ ] Deploy new updater code in production but not enable it (this is to
ensure we didn't break anything on the way, and that we're running on the same
codebase)
[ ] Load pre-defined set of updates between certain time points with old &
new updater and compare databases with TripleStoreUtility
[ ] Make a copy of a database and apply updates first with old updater, than
with new updater, and compare results
[ ] Leave new updater running for a while under production update load and
see if the performance is ok
[ ] After new updater has been running for a while, take random set of items
that were recently updated and compare if they are the same in databases
produced by old and new updater
[ ] Have new updater running on one of the production servers serving
queries, to see how it copes with r/w load.

After all these tests has been run and returned satisfactory results, we can
start enabling new updater option on production hosts.
