TASK DESCRIPTION While working on T251266 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T251266> we noticed that nested extracted data (such as geo-coordinates) still includes the full `http://schema.org` urls, and in turn had to quickfix the value matchers class to properly make the comparison. this however, violates the single responsibility principle of the value matchers (and any other class that is not schema.org normalizer), and a more long term solution needs to be applied.
