CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION

To generaWhen generating the startup response for a wiki, ResourceLoader needs to compute the content and/or version of the `mediawiki.jqueryMsg` module,. ResourceLoader This currently indirectlyvolves invoking the Parser.
