Raising priority as the use of this memcached key brings the network link for the Memcached server it maps to dangerously close to not being able to handle it.
Whichever Memcached server contains this key, has ~80% of its network traffic dedicated to handling this one Memcached key.
In addition, due to this cache key containing the wmf-branch name, its hashed differently each week, and changes which Memcached server it is stored, which means SRE/infrastructure gets struck with an "ethernet capacity" alert from a different server each week, uncertain whether it's this known issue, or something even more critical, with very little time to respond.
