TASK DESCRIPTION
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  I have not attempted to reproduce the bug, but I presume this could not have 
been an isolated occurrence.
  
  Actual Results:
  
  https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Sylvain_Ribault created 
many thousands of blank items by mistake (they still show up in the contribs). 
I was able to nuke the majority of them, but over a thousand remain that do not 
show up in Special:Nuke, and apparently these are not even in the recentchanges 
table.
  
  Expected Results:
  
  I should be able to go nuke all of these items with Special:Nuke as usual. 
Also, I have not done any checking, but I also presume this could impact 
whether these edits would show up in a CheckUser investigation, as CheckUser 
relies on the recentchanges table to populate its table.
