  We may not want to worry about setting up a dashboard for this now, we can 
always query the data from hadoop for this.
  
  If we do decide we want to keep the dashboard we should convert from using 
dumps

  **Problem:**
  The statistics for tracking which API formats are requested are broken and 
need to be fixed. The panel for formats doesn't have recent data anymore.
