TASK DESCRIPTION In context of T291288 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T291288> the patch I52dfee1acfdbd2ae02df6ac2381dc8dbb696030f <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/Wikibase/+/728575> (commit 2b12ac989ccc5a89e44d7edfe94d4642ded9fdc4 <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/mediawiki/extensions/Wikibase/+/2b12ac989ccc5a89e44d7edfe94d4642ded9fdc4>) broke our secondary CI (logs <https://github.com/wikimedia/Wikibase/runs/3942314747?check_suite_focus=true#step:10:206>). We merged a quick fix (patch <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/Wikibase/+/732271>) to make our secondary CI green again, but it is unclear if that fix was the right thing to do or why it failed in the first place.
