TASK DESCRIPTION
  As a mismatch reviewer
  I want to have a visual indication that the page is loading 
  in order to understand how long will it take for the request to be submitted
  
  **Problem:**
  We need to show the loading state on the results page.

  **BDD**
  GIVEN a results page
  WHEN submitting applied changes in the table's dropdown
  THEN I can see a loading state at the top of the page and an overlay on the 
whole page
  
  **Acceptance criteria:**
  
  - The loading bar is displayed on top of the page while an overlay covers the 
whole page.
