TASK DESCRIPTION SDC reference URIs currently resolve to Help:Sources, which is a non-existent page on Wikimedia Commons. This behavior seems to be copied from Wikidata, where that help page does exist. This should either resolve to a local page on Commons (not sure which), or to [[d:Help:Sources]].
