TASK DESCRIPTION
  **Steps to replicate the issue** (include links if applicable):
  
  In the Wikidata Query Service (https://query.wikidata.org/){F35423485}, If 
you want to negate a predicate (e.g. "!wdt:P31 
" for "not instance of") or reverse a 
predicate (e.g. "^wdt:P921 " for "is 
main subject of") then autocomplete does not work.
  
  1. take a SELECT {} template
  2. start a query
  3. type "^wdt:instan" and try to autocomplete
  
  **What happens?**:
  
  What happens is that it reports it does not know the "^wdt" namespace.
  
  **What should have happened instead?**:
  
  It should be aware of the ! and ^ modifiers and remove that in the namespace 
lookup.
