TASK DESCRIPTION
  **User story:** 
  As a Wikidata administrator about to perform a delete action on an item,
  I want to know whether the Item has sitelinks,
  in order to assess my decision more efficiently.
  
  **Problem:**
  Currently, I can only access the information about whether the Item has 
Sitelinks or not on the "Page information".
  
  **Solution:**
  Show the deleting Admin a warning message -- whether the Item has Sitelinks 
or not.
  
  **Acceptance criteria:**
  
  [ ] Show warning message warning when deleting an item that has Sitelinks.
