TASK DESCRIPTION
  I have started to receive e-mail warnings on Puppet failures for WMDE's 
Wikidata, Wiktionary, and New Editors analytics related CloudVPS projects:

  I have no Puppet or any advanced System Engineering skills, so someone with 
the appropriate expertise should take a look at this and recommend the course 
of action.
