TASK DESCRIPTION If an edit (statement changed, sitelink added, etc.) creates a temporary user (because the user was not logged in and IP masking is enabled), the API will return a redirect URL (T357024 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T357024>); we should send the user to that URL to complete the temporary user setup. This also means that, when making the API request, we need to add the parameters to configure the URL (`returnto`, `returntoquery`, and/or `returntoanchor`). If the user started several edits (see screenshots in T354730#9509749 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T354730#9509749>), then the unsaved ones will be lost after the redirect. As this only affects users on their very first edit, we decided in T354730#9516706 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T354730#9516706> that this is an acceptable risk, and nothing needs to be done about it at the moment. (If we change our mind, the preferred alternative is that, for anonymous users, we disable all other edit buttons on the page once you start the first edit.) Note that the classic and mobile termbox are both out of scope of this task.
