I don't appear to be able to find LinkInjectionHookHandlers in our current code, or infect in any of the history of Wikibase.

$ git log --all --grep='LinkInjectionHookHandlers'
$ git log --all --grep='LinkInjectionHookHandler'
$ git log --all --grep='LinkInjection'
$ git log -SLinkInjectionHookHandlers
$ git log --all --full-history -- **/LinkInjectionHookHandlers*
It also doesn't look like it is in core or any other place
