Ladsgroup added a comment. One note is that we virtually disabled RC injection due to problems it caused for ruwiki and commonswiki so we inject one record and then we drop injecting. Missing RC records is an expected behavior but all pages using "O" aspects don't see any RC record, that sounds lik
