TASK DESCRIPTION

It looks like wbc_entity_usage shows properties referenced inconsistently.

Except from :en:Template:Infobox_OS

But a query of WBC entity usage (https://quarry.wmflabs.org/query/12568) shows P856 but not P275.  Why?  Is this a bug?
