 that the exception is `Can not access uninitialized field`, and the backtrace 
includes SpamBlacklist extensions. I also only see two instances of it in the 
last 9 months.

  I'm not 100% sure, but it seems like this occurs more frequently in CI after 
T285649: Switch all Quibble Selenium and api-testing jobs to use apache
