Hi Amir! You set the page's label in Arabic, you did not change the sitelink, the link to the Arabic Wikipedia. You can see that the label has changed by looking at the page in Arabic, like so:
http://wikidata-test-repo.wikimedia.de/wiki/Q392?uselang=ar I can see how this is confusing, perhaps we need to talk about labels vs. links explicitly in the documentation, and provide some examples. Look for instructions about setting sitelinks in the documentation - or ask John (CC) for help.
