What I'm thinking of is this: I am watching the item on Berlin on Wikidata.
I then want this tool to also add the articles for Berlin on German and
English language Wikipedia and Wikivoyage to my watchlist without me having
to do this manually.
I don't think such a tool exists yet.
By happy chance I [re-]labelled hundreds of Lok Sabha members last week :-)
I've left some notes on useful properties and will re-run the labelling in
the next couple of days, once the article-updating has settled a bit.
