are you saying you can get an equivelent of a college B.S. or Masters
through an open source program?

Thank you very much indeed for this explanation and information. I am very
much interested. Since I am doing promotion and advocacy for OER concept in
Burma-Myanmar I will be going there again in late March. I will do the
