Hi everyone COL has recently been experiencing an increase in SPAM to our official COL email addresses.
Today, an automated scanning solution was installed on the COL email server as a measure to try and manage the challenge. The IT team have not yet had the chance to fine tune the settings for the diversity of our operations and the software has inadvertently inserted the text "[Scanned][Spamscore:8%]" in the header of some of our Google group messages, in cases where COL staff reply to the list directly from their email. COL IT support staff are attending to the problem and we hope to have the problem resolved pretty soon. Rest assured -- mail messages from this forum are NOT SPAM messages. Please bear with us as we try to resolve the problem and a personal apology for this inconvenience.
