You can try tracerouting it. In Windows XP: * Start * Run * cmd * tracert www.wikipedia.org and that will tell you where your connection is dying. For example this what the traceroute may return: C:\Documents and Settings\AAAtracert www.wikipedia.org Tracing route to text.pmtpa.wikimedia.org
