It's invoices we are required to issue to each of you who paid us. Too bad the
damn service is Hebrew only. If you don't need the invoice, there's nothing you
need to do about it.

It's supposed to be fixed soon (probably tomorrow) and then you will get the
correct invoices (actually, these are receipts and not invoices...) on the
correct sum, including accommodation.

Thanks for the note on the list. I actually assumed it was a scam/fake and
emailed the OTRS team about it (no reply yet) - I'm always a bit suspicious
about this kind of unexpected emails without any explanation in a relevant
language :)
